Planning a ministry activity or reserving space for a private event at FBC Warrensburg is simple. Click on the appropriate tab below to see our facility use guidelines and submit a request form to reserve a room for your event.

 

FBC Ministry Event

1.  Take a look at our FBC Facility Use Guidelines to understand processes in place. 

 

2.  Advance planning helps us provide the best staffing and resources in addition to minimizing calendaring           conflicts. Suggested timeline to submit your facility use form prior to event:

  • Thirty days if you’re requesting audio/visual equipment or support, childcare, promotion, or set-up.
  • Fifteen days for all other events

3.  Within a few days of submitting your form, you’ll receive a phone call to advise the outcome of your request.

 

 

Ministry Event Form

To be used for scheduling a ministry event, reserving space, and calendaring.
  • Additional Event Needs

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Childcare requests must be submitted directly to the childcare supervisor via email to, elancaster@fbcwburg.org. Your request will be reviewed, and you'll be notified of the childcare availability and any associated costs.
  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Audio/visual requests must be submitted directly to the technical director via email to, dbrooks@fbcwburg.org. Your request will be reviewed, and you'll be notified of audio/visual availability.
    IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Event promo should be sent to the communications coordinator via email to, jfarwell@fbcwburg.org, at least two weeks before it is to begin. Written material should be 60-80 words and include the basic who, what, and why. If you have a high resolution image for pre-service slides, please email it also.

 

 

Private Event

Here at FBC Warrensburg, we have been extremely blessed with great facilities. We want to share those facilities with our community. If you are interested in renting a room, please review the Take a look at our FBC Facility Use Guidelines and then complete the Request Form below. Within a few days of submitting your form, you’ll receive a phone call to advise the outcome of your request.
