Standing in the Gap is hosting their first annual BBQ Banquet fundraiser to raise $113,000, needed to pay off their Maternity house. This program helps women and children in need of a new start through our Discipleship program. The event is a free will donation for dinner, and includes a dessert auction, silent auction, fellowship and fun. Our church family will be serving in several areas throughout Warrensburg. This is a wonderful opportunity as a church body to practically be the hands and feet of Christ to the community, and to serve our town. Use this form to let us know what areas you're available to serve in.

We will recognize the graduates during the morning service. Additionally, if you have a high school graduate we extend an invitation to your family to join us for a special breakfast in the Apex during the first hour at 9am, where we can celebrate your graduates achievements together. As partners of the Jeremiah 29:11 Project, FBC will be hosting a give-away of items from big box stores, such as Walmart, Amazon, CVS, etc. LOTS OF VOLUNTEERS will be needed for this event, for information on how you can help with this event contact Jerry and Darlene Young at jyoung42@charter.net.
Adults 50 and over, are invited to join us for musical entertainment, a devotion, and a meal. The main entrée is provided, side dishes and desserts are carried in and shared potluck style.
