During this season of giving thanks, we want to give to those in need. Beginning today you can choose from four shopping lists of food items to purchase and return on or before November 17th. Then please make plans for November 23rd at 9:00am to help pack and distribute meal boxes to families identified by local school social workers. We’re looking to provide a Thanksgiving dinner and some food staples for 55 families in and around our community. For more details, stop by and talk with someone at the ThanksGIVING table in the Lobby.
The Cup, our church coffee shop, is looking for volunteers. Stop by The Cup for more information or to let us know you'd like to join team. Training is provided.

Awana is a fun time for children to get together to memorize scripture and grow deeper in their knowledge of Jesus' love for them. Email Sarah at sarah_hudspeth@yahoo.com or Christine at gapqueen@earthlink.net for more information.
The Adopt-A-Young Adult program is a way for our church partners and young adults (students and military) to connect in fellowship beyond a regular Sunday morning service. This provides young adults an opportunity to receive a meal, build relationships and experience being a part of our bigger body of Christ. The expectation for families is to host/ meet with their paired young adult(s) at least once a month. Examples of things to do together: Family dinners, home cooked meals, movie nights, invite them to holiday events, etc. Sign up online or in the lobby.

Many of you have asked how you can help in addition to, and beyond Sunday, so we've identified areas where help is needed and are launching serve teams for those areas.
