The Christmas Post Office is open for business! Use the Christmas Post Office on the North side of the lobby to save time and postage while delivering your Christmas cards within the FBC church family. Be sure to stop by periodically to pick up cards that will have been dropped off for you.
Help us decorate the FBC Family Christmas Tree; stop by the red and green tree in the lobby today to have your photo taken for an ornament. We’re excited to have your family represented as part of our church family.
Each December, FBC joins Southern Baptist Churches in support of those who live and work among people around the world with little or no access to the gospel. After seeing the Lord bring in more than $10,000 for the last two years, we have set a goal for FBC to raise $10,000, AGAIN! Help us be a part of the IMB's overall goal of $205M!
During the worship service church partners will have the opportunity to vote on the proposed 2025 budget and candidates to begin serving on the Selection, Personnel or Finance Committees, and our Missions Team. Church partners are encouraged to take part in this important process.
Young Adult Dialogue begins Sunday, Sept. 8th at 9am in Room 207. Join us as we explore and discuss the Bible and its relevance to life in today’s world.
A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where you will find help, encouragement and people who understand the difficult emotions of grief. At this 13-week group, you’ll receive valuable guidance and tips, leading you to relief, comfort, and peace of mind after the death of a loved one.
Awana is a fun time for children to get together to memorize scripture and grow deeper in their knowledge of Jesus' love for them. Email Sarah at sarah_hudspeth@yahoo.com or Christine at gapqueen@earthlink.net for more information.
The Adopt-A-Young Adult program is a way for our church partners and young adults (students and military) to connect in fellowship beyond a regular Sunday morning service. This provides young adults an opportunity to receive a meal, build relationships and experience being a part of our bigger body of Christ. The expectation for families is to host/ meet with their paired young adult(s) at least once a month. Examples of things to do together: Family dinners, home cooked meals, movie nights, invite them to holiday events, etc. Sign up online or in the lobby.

Many of you have asked how you can help in addition to, and beyond Sunday, so we've identified areas where help is needed and are launching serve teams for those areas.
